This performance was created through my journey of discovery using practice research as an AuDHD performance artist, researcher and writer exploring the intersection of neurodivergent identity, performance art, and creative practice.

I aim to challenge how neurodivergence is perceived and to shift understanding from one based on medical terminology using deficit-based language towards a neurodiverse-friendly lens based on difference, rather than deficit.
